Der Masterplan schlägt zehn thematische Routen vor, die die Provinz erschließen: phrygische Archäologie und Ballonfahrten, der 22-tägige Siegesweg von Sakarya, der Seidenstraßenkorridor, die Altstadtachse von Rom bis zu den Osmanen, Sufi-Glaubenspfade, regionale Gastronomie, Gründungsorte der Republik, Kızılcahamam-Geoparks, Feuchtgebiete und Erholungsorte im Grünen.
