Located along Hipodrom Avenue in Ulus around the 41-meter historic Parachute Tower built in 1937.

Exhibits feature historic gliders, aerobatic aircraft, flight gear of pioneering aviators including Sabiha Gökçen and Vecihi Hürkuş, and flight simulation rooms.
