Karacabey Bath

Monumental 1440 double bathhouse built by Ottoman commander Celalettin Karacabey, operating continuously in Hacettepe.

Located along Talatpaşa Boulevard in Hacettepe as part of the Karacabey Complex, this monumental double bathhouse was commissioned in 1440 by Ottoman Governor-General Celalettin Karacabey.

Built as a symmetrical double bath with separate wings for men and women, its towering domes and carved marble basins make it one of the oldest functioning Ottoman baths in Turkey.
