14th-century Seljuk/Ahi hypostyle wooden mosque in Samanpazarı, featuring 12 timber pillars and an intricately carved 1382 walnut minbar.
Located on Koyunpazarı Slope in Samanpazarı, Altındağ, built around 1382 by Ahi leader Ahi Elvan Mehmet Bey.
Resting upon 12 timber columns with repurposed Roman capitals, its 1382 carved walnut minbar is a masterpiece of late Seljuk woodworking.
