Alagöz Headquarters Museum
Historic farmstead in Polatlı Alagöz where Commander-in-Chief Mustafa Kemal Pasha directed the 22-day Battle of Sakarya in 1921.
Located in Alagöz village, Polatlı, this rural stone estate served as the supreme field headquarters for Mustafa Kemal Pasha and İsmet Pasha during the Battle of Sakarya in 1921.
Inaugurated as a memorial museum in 1968, it preserves Atatürk’s map table, telegraph room, operational logs, and period furnishings in their authentic battlefield state.
